Welcome to Frederica Presbyterian Church!

We extend a cordial welcome to each of you as we gather for worship at Frederica Presbytertian Church! If you are a visitor or a newcomer, we extend a special welcome to you. If you do not have a church home nearby, we would love to have you as a part of this church family. Rev. Chambers will be happy to discuss this with you. Andy may be reached at the church Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 12 noon (2nd & 4th Tuesdays at Marsh's Edge 10-10:30 am for Bible Study.) The church office phone is (912) 634-2240.

EVENING PRAYER- TUESDAY EVENINGS - 6:30-7:30 PM
Join Pastor Andy in the Sanctuary for prayer. Come as you are, stay as long as you like, leave when you like. Use this evening time for prayer and meditation.

MORNING PRAYER- THURSDAY MORNINGS - 9:00 PM Join Pastor Andy for morning prayer - a wonderful way to start the day! Come and remember those who need our prayers.

COMING IN MAY

May 17th - 7 PM - First Planning Meeting for those going on our mission to Honduras in October.

May 22nd - Stated meeting of the Savannah Presbytery @ Allenhurst Presbyterian Church.

May 27th - SCHOOL'S OUT! - No Sunday School this summer starting today. Worship will remain at 11 am.

COMING IN JUNE

June 9th - Church-wide Picnic - more details coming!

June 18th - 22nd - Savannah Presbytery Summer Camp.

COMING IN JULY

July 1st - Service of Scripture and Song - Like a "Lessons and Carols" service, but summer style! Come and sing your favorite hymns!

Member News:

Eleanor deGolian has been selected to fulfill a one-year clerkship for our Chief Judge in the Federal District Court.
The Federal Clerkships are highly competitive and are awarded to graduating law students at the very top of their class. Congratulations Eleanor!

Betty Lou and Norman Applegate will be traveling North to spend mother's day in New Jersey with their son and his family. Returning around may 23rd. Now, y'all be kerful travllin up Nawth amongts them yankees!
