Welcome to Frederica Presbyterian Church! Members of Frederica Presbyterian Church believe that we are truly called by God to be kind and compassionate to one another and to help each other, especially in the time of critical need. We strive to achieve God's calling by reaching out to those in need, be they elderly, ill, in grief or in times of crisis, as well as sharing in times of special joy. We seek to serve our members as well as others in our community. Personal Care TeamCONGREGATIONAL CARE TEAMS As Frederica Presbyterian Church grows, so does the need for us to provide for the needs of our members as well as those beyond our community of faith, both short and long term. Areas of concern are transportation to appointments; phone calls or greeting cards or notes offering cheer, condolences, get-well wishes or congratulations; hospital visitation or perhaps a dish or meal delivered to the door. Through this mission, we support one another in warm Christian caring. Sparrows Nest MinistryAre You Willing to Serve? Provide a ride, make a phone call, write a note, visit, prepare a dish or meal. If you are willing to serve on this tream, call or email June or Teddy. On the first Sunday of each month we support Sparrows Nest Ministries in Brunswick by bringing canned goods and other non-perishable foods to the church for distribution to those in need. You may drop off these foods at any time, but we put special emphasis on the first Sunday of each month. This is an opportunity for us to share our abundance with those less fortunate. Our Journey Ministry As a congregation we support the Maureen Ahern Founder and Director of Our Journey, in her ministry in South Africa.
